Regarding the incident of teachers and principals of Tram Tau Ethnic Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities fighting at a party to celebrate Vietnamese Teachers' Day, speaking with Lao Dong, Mr. Giang A Pao - Village Chief, a prestigious person (residing in Tram Tau Commune, Lao Cai Province) said: The party took place on the evening of November 19 at Hien Dao restaurant in the area.
The celebration was attended by 37 school officials, 8 village heads, village party secretaries, 21 parents who are parents' association leaders of 21 classes and 10 village heads and prestigious people.

According to Mr. Giang A Pao, when he saw Principal Nguyen Van Thanh and teacher Ngo Ngoc Nam fighting loudly, he just tried to stop them but did not participate in the fight.
"At that time, I intervened and unfortunately a slipped hand hit Mr. Nam. After that, I apologized and was ignored by Mr. Nam, Mr. Pao said.
The village elders confirmed that principal Thanh was the one who beat teacher Nam last year and that he did not beat Mr. Nam for more than a dozen times as the principal reported to the People's Committee of Tram Tau commune.

"I have worked with the police and reported the incident in which Mr. Thanh beat Mr. Nam many times. I was very sad when the principal said I fought with Mr. Nam, Mr. Pao shared.
Recently, the Chairman of Tram Tau Commune People's Committee issued an official dispatch to Tram Tau Commune Police, Department of Culture - Society, to verify and clarify the report of teacher Ngo Ngoc Nam.
In the petition, Mr. Nam stated that at Hien Dao restaurant, Mr. Thanh slapped and punched him with a rock from the foot to the head (the most affected part was the head and face). In the evening, when he returned to his room at school, Mr. Thanh continued to beat Mr. Nam, bleeding from his mouth and nose.
"The next morning, I vomited due to blood loss and head and eye injuries, and whole body pain, so I had to be hospitalized for treatment," Mr. Nam reported.
The male teacher also said that he has been discharged from the hospital but is still taking medicine due to end times Trauma (encephaloplasty, insides), and his health is not stable.

Meanwhile, Mr. Nguyen Van Thanh - principal said: "The day the incident happened, Mr. Nam was drunk, threatened and fought with Mr. Giang A Pao - Village Head, a prestigious person who was beaten by others. Teacher Nam hit me in the face once and I slapped him once.
"The commune police have almost finished investigating and reported to the province and the commune. The Party Committee of Tram Tau commune has also met with relevant parties and will discipline them in the future for disturbing public order," informed the Principal of Tram Tau Ethnic Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities.
The Chairman of Lao Cai Provincial People's Committee has just issued a document requesting the Department of Education and Training to preside over and coordinate with agencies and units to rectify discipline, order, public ethics and management in the field of education and training.
The head of an educational institution is directly and comprehensively responsible for any arising school violence or incidents affecting the security and safety of schools.
