In the 2021-2025 period, the rate of preschool teachers who have passed the preschool education college or higher is 90.5%.
Training and fostering institutions have reviewed, updated and innovated training programs in the direction of approaching output standards, professional capacity, in accordance with the Vietnam National qualifications framework and preschool teacher professional standards, preschool principal standards.
Teachers are equipped with professional knowledge, organize caring activities, focus on professional ethics, apply active teaching methods, suitable to meet the needs of children, contributing to improving the quality of preschool education programs.
At educational institutions, the pedagogical and preschool education department, scientific research activities, and international cooperation have been promoted.
