Previously, at about 6 am on January 23, on National Highway 38, in the area of Duong Cuong residential group, Le Ho ward, Ninh Binh province, a car with license plate 30X - 89xx was going in the opposite direction on the road with a no-go sign. The car affected other vehicles circulating on the road and potentially posed a complex situation of traffic order and safety.
Road Traffic Police Team No. 3 reported to the unit's leaders, and at the same time, proceeded to work with the driver of the above license plate car, Mr. Nguyen Van H (born in 1978, residing in Le Ho ward, Ninh Binh province) to handle violations in accordance with legal regulations.
During the working process, Mr. H admitted his violation, with that violation, Mr. H was fined 19 million VND and deducted 4 points from his driver's license.
