The Hanoi Department of Construction has just announced traffic diversion through the area of Km192+799 National Highway 1A, in Thuong Tin commune.
Accordingly, all vehicles and traffic participants are prohibited from traveling on National Highway 1A at Km192+799 during the construction period of installing the T2-T3 girder of the Duong Truc Nguyen overpass.
The time to implement the road closure and organize traffic diversion is from 11pm to 4am the next morning, from July 5 to 8.
Regarding traffic organization as follows: For the direction from Hanoi to Ha Nam province (now Ninh Binh), truck >3.5T on National Highway 1A turns right onto the 500kV Power Station road (0.4km) = Ly Tu Tan road (2.8km) = the road to Chua Dau (1.2km) = National Highway 1 = = Ninh Binh.
Children's vehicles and trucks ≤ 3.5T, motorbikes, and rudimentary vehicles traveling on National Highway 1A to Thuong Tin Station will turn right onto Provincial Road 427 (0.7km) = Ly Tu Tan Road (1.2km) = Chua Dau Road (1.2km) = National Highway 1A to Ninh Binh.
From Ninh Binh to Hanoi, cars and trucks from National Highway 1A enter Van Diem intersection to enter Hanoi - Ninh Binh expressway, from here move on the 12km expressway, turn right onto Thuong Tin = intersection with Provincial Road 427 = National Highway 1A = to Hanoi.
Motorbikes and rudimentary vehicles traveling to National Highway 1A = Hanoi Capital University = turn left onto Danh Huong = National Highway 1A.
