Lam Dong - National Highway 1, Ben Loi Bridge section, has been reopened to traffic after a day of being deeply flooded, making it impossible for vehicles to pass.

On the morning of November 1, National Highway 1, km1700 through Ham Thang Ward, Lam Dong Province (Ben Loi Bridge section) was still flooded, although there was a short section still flooded, the flooding level was low.

After checking the scene and assessing safety factors, the authorities removed the barriers to allow vehicles to circulate again. However, the vehicles moved slowly through the flooded location.

Previously, in the early morning of October 31, due to the impact of prolonged heavy rain combined with flooded irrigation lakes, the above road section was deeply flooded. The median strip of the road was broken by the flow of the water.

To ensure safety, the authorities have barricaded and temporarily prevented vehicles from traveling in both directions through this section.

Vehicles are guided to enter the center of Phan Thiet, go towards Mui Ne and have a way back to National Highway 1 or take National Highway 28 to Vinh Hao - Phan Thiet Expressway.

The resumption of traffic on National Highway 1 makes the main traffic route connect smoothly.
