The project of building Ring Road 4 of the Capital area through the territory of Hanoi city is longer than 57km, passing through districts: Soc Son, Me Linh, Dan Phuong, Hoai Duc, Ha Dong, Thanh Oai and Thuong Tin.
Regarding the clearance of the Hanoi Ring 4 Project, nearly 1 month ago, Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Tran Sy Thanh asked the districts to resolve the remaining land area to be recovered and completed before April 15.
According to Mr. Tran Sy Thanh, this is the last time, not allowed later.
However, the recognition of labor on April 13 shows that the 4 -section belt project through Hanoi still has many positions that have not been cleared.
At Package 8 - Building Song Hanh Ring 4 through Soc Son and Me Linh districts, underground and floating infrastructure works have been basically relocated.
However, up to now, there are still two residential areas in Dai Thinh and Chu Phan communes (Me Linh district) that has not handed over the ground to the project.
At Package No. 9 - Building Ring Road 4 through the territory of Dan Phuong and Hoai Duc districts, up to now, there are still premises in three residential areas in Duc Thuong, Dong La (Hoai Duc) and Ha Mo commune (Dan Phuong).
In the construction area of Hong Ha Bridge, located in Hong Ha commune (Dan Phuong district) and Van Khe commune (Me Linh district), many households have not agreed to hand over the ground.
Talking to the Lao Dong newspaper reporter, the commander of the Bidding Package No. 9 (Vinaconex contractor) Nguyen Hoang Hai said that the contractor regularly contacted Hoai Duc and Dan Phuong districts to update the site clearance progress.
"The relevant units are moving underground and embossed technical infrastructure. However, the three residential areas are still unclear when the locality will be handed over to the contractor to construct the project" - Mr. Hai said.
Similarly, some segments in the package No. 10 - Building a parallel road through Ha Dong and Thanh Oai districts also have many points that have not been handed over. The main obstacles are residential areas, workshops and underground technical infrastructure.
In Package 11, the section through Thuong Tin district, residential areas within the project scope have been cleared. There are more than 10 points that have not been handed over, mainly underground and floating infrastructure works.
Mr. Tran Viet Son - Commander of Package No. 11 (Cienco 4 contractor) - said that before, the city asked localities to assign enough premises to the contractor in the first quarter, then backward before April 15.
"The completion of the Road Road 4 in October as directed by the Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee is almost impossible, because the handover progress of the locality is too slow. Not to mention, the rainy season is approaching and will last many months, greatly affecting the progress of the project" - Mr. Son said.
