Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee has just sent an official dispatch to the Departments of Finance, Construction, Agriculture and Environment, Health; Tam Da Commune People's Committee; Bacninhtourist Investment, Trade and Tourism Co., Ltd.
The official dispatch stated that Vice Chairman of Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee Le Xuan Loi agreed with the proposal of the Department of Finance in the official dispatch dated July 2, 2026, regarding disagreement with the proposal of Bacninhtourist Investment, Trade and Tourism Co., Ltd. regarding the continued implementation of the project to build a Hospital and Nursing Home in Dong Phong commune, Yen Phong district (old), now Tam Da commune.
Leaders of Bac Ninh province assigned the Department of Finance to urge and guide agencies, units, and investors to implement the next steps according to legal regulations; report the results to the Provincial People's Committee according to regulations.
Assign the Tam Da Commune People's Committee to review and evaluate the conformity of the Project with current plans and regulations to have a basis for considering and applying procedures to implement the next steps in accordance with the provisions of law on investment, land, bidding, and other relevant laws.
Previously, in January 2022, Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee had a decision approving the list of investment projects to build a Hospital and Nursing Home in Dong Phong commune, Yen Phong district (old).
According to the decision, the project has a capacity of about 500 beds on a land area of about 4.89ha. The preliminary implementation cost of the project is about 746 billion VND.
