Started in October 2020, the project was identified by the Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee as one of the key economic projects, within the Smart Agriculture Project of Cao Bang province for the period 2020-2025, vision to 2030.
According to the plan, the project is implemented in the period 2020-2024, divided into 2 phases with 4 implementation phases.
When completed, the project will form a dairy farm with a scale of 10,000 dairy cows and a processing plant with a capacity of 49,000 tons of milk per year.
Reporters' records on June 23 show that on the construction site, more than 10 rows of barns are being urgently completed. Drainage systems, technical infrastructure and livestock equipment are also being synchronously installed.

To ensure progress, the group continues to request Cao Bang province to support removing some obstacles related to legal procedures, adjust investment policies and accelerate site clearance work.
Cao Bang Provincial People's Committee affirmed that it will accompany businesses in the project implementation process, including land rent exemption for farm and factory areas.

At the same time, the locality will direct relevant departments and branches to review dossiers, soon complete procedures to adjust investment policies and implement support policies according to regulations.
Cao Bang province expects that the project, after being put into operation, will become a driving force to promote local economic development, create thousands of jobs for workers, contribute to increasing budget revenue and developing the province's high-tech agricultural sector in the coming years.
