The People's Committee of Bac Ninh province has just issued a decision approving the results of selecting investors to implement the new urban area project in the Northwest of Bac Ninh city (Area 1).
Accordingly, the winning investor is the joint venture of Vingroup Corporation - Thanh Binh Trade Development Investment Consulting Co., Ltd. - Bao Song Moi Real Estate Investment and Development Company Limited - Phu Tho Land Joint Stock Company.
This project has an area of nearly 270 hectares and is located in Hoa Long ward, Bac Ninh city. The total investment capital of the project is more than VND 41,270 billion. The project's operation period is 50 years.
Vingroup's joint venture has implemented the project for 7 years. In which, the first year is to implement, appraise and approve the detailed planning 1/500, and report on the project's feasibility study.
According to the plan, this urban area will have about 60 hectares of land for housing construction, including 38.1 hectares of low-rise housing, 9.5 hectares of social housing, and about 111 hectares of land mixed with housing and service groups.
