According to the Department of Culture - Sports and Tourism, the 8th Buon Ma Thuot Coffee Festival in 2023 welcomed more than 90,000 visitors to Dak Lak.
This year, in order to serve visitors attending the 9th Buon Ma Thuot Coffee Festival - 2025, the whole province has 277 accommodation facilities ready to welcome guests.
The whole province has 21 1-5, 5-star hotels, the rest are guest houses, motels, unrated hotels, homestays, camping and tourist apartments with 5,581 rooms with 12,406 beds. Up to now, the booking capacity at 1-5-star hotels has reached 35 - 98%, many places have announced that they are out of rooms.
Ms. Le Thi Huyen Tram - Director of Sojo Dak Lak Hotel (Buon Ma Thuot city) said that the hotel has 98 rooms that meet the standards equivalent to 4 stars. Currently, all rooms during the 9th Buon Ma Thuot Coffee Festival (from March 8 to 12) are fully booked.
To prepare for this important event, Sojo Dak Lak Hotel has upgraded facilities, increased personnel and diversified services. The hotel focuses on ensuring hygiene, food safety and bringing the best experience to visitors.
To best serve visitors, the Organizing Committee of the 9th Buon Ma Thuot Coffee Festival in 2025 has printed 3,000 handbooks "Tourism Journey".
In particular, integrating many useful information to serve tourists, such as creating QR codes to provide address information and room prices of accommodation establishments. This is to help tourists choose to suit their needs and preferences.
