Xuan Son Cement Factory invested by Xuan Khiem Group Joint Stock Company has a total investment capital of VND 5,000 billion, large scale in the area with a capacity of over 2.3 million tons/year.
The project started on January 17, 2023, has so far completed more than 90% of the work and has been in operation since December 2024. The main items such as limestone warehouse, silo clinker, cement supplementary warehouse, quantity station, packaging line loaders, packaging houses, cement grinding stations and 110 kV power stations have been completed and are ready to be put into operation.
According to the reporter of Lao Dong Newspaper in the first days of the new year, the factory construction site is bustling, with many remaining classes being implemented, workers working urgently to ensure construction progress. Inside the factory, many production systems have been put into operation.
Mr. Nguyen Van Binh, a mechanical engineer supervising the project, said: "We are speeding up the progress to complete the items as planned, while focusing on environmental protection and labor safety measures. When put into operation, the factory will contribute greatly to the development of the locality".
Mr. Luu Minh Ngoc, Deputy General Director of Xuan Khiem Group Joint Stock Company, shared that this is one of the cement factories with a large capacity in Vietnam, creating jobs for about 400 workers. During the implementation process, the unit always closely coordinates with local authorities to ensure the project is implemented effectively and safely.
Mr. Le Xuan Phuong, Chairman of Ngoc Luong Commune People's Committee, commented: "The Xuan Son Cement Factory project is an important project for Hoa Binh province, creating hundreds of jobs for people, the project also helps develop infrastructure and contribute to improving economic life. The locality always closely monitors the implementation process, ensuring that the project is implemented in accordance with regulations, while prioritizing environmental protection measures for sustainable development".
