During the war, the image of the tour guide Lai Vu "wrapping a snake in her leg but still shooting revenge" or Ms. Ut Tich "With the cross country, I also fight" ... became an icon of the indomitable, profound woman. In peacetime, Vietnamese women are not inferior to men, actively and aggressively working on all fronts and reaping many resounding successes, even if they are just a weak factor in family work with frequency and hard work.
This time, on the occasion of Vietnamese Women's Day (October 20), a reporter from Lao Dong Newspaper would like to outline 3 faces of women in many different fields. That is the female veteran Thai Thi Thanh, the daughter of Vietnamese Heroic Mother Nguyen Thi Quyen, from Hue, 16 years old, who participated in the revolution, was honored to receive the First Class Liberation Army Medal, received many certificates of merit for the Resolutely Winning Hero, and the Golden Certificate of Merit of the 6th Phu Xuan Heroic Regiment of the Armed Forces for her achievements in the war. Carrying many wounds on her body, when she retired, she still spent time organizing trips to find and collect martyrs' remains - a noble manifestation of comradeship. And her husband, Doctor Tran Ngoc Phan, who was her comrade during the war, always supported her...

That is Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Thuan, a Literature teacher from Thai Binh (now Hung Yen), wife of Major General, Hero of the People's Armed Forces Nguyen Duc Huy. If the war on the front lines is fierce, then behind is also a fierce war without guns, when she was alone, many years of raising her children to be smart, and had to do everything to make a living, being a solid support for General Huy to confidently fight the enemy. General Huy once said that it was all thanks to her that the family life was as happy and warm as it is today.
Every time he went into battle, General Huy always brought a photo taken at the wedding of the couple as both a priceless souvenir and a lucky to have accompanied him in war.
And here, in the old Kim Lien apartment complex in Hanoi, many people mention Ms. Tran Thi Minh Anh, 82 years old, as an example of a woman who is both taking care of her neighborhood and her homework. For any difficulties in her neighbors or neighborhoods, she is there immediately and is always ready to directly help and encourage everyone to help those in need. In the family, she and her husband, Mr. Tran Dinh Tuan, 95 years old, have lived together for more than half a century without ever arguing or arguing but behaving warmly and sincerely.
They are all beautiful women.
