The Bac Giang City Labor Federation in collaboration with the Bac Giang City Women's Union organized a talk conference on " Maintaining family happiness" and communication on consultation and health care for female union members in 2025.
This is a practical activity to celebrate the 115th anniversary of International Women's Day (March 8); 1,985 years of the Hai Ba Trung uprising.
Nearly 500 delegates attended, including chairmen, heads of the Women's Union, officials in charge of women's unions at the grassroots level, and officials of grassroots women's associations.
At the conference, delegates were shared by lecturers on the topic " Maintaining family happiness" to build a family foundation, conditions for raising and developing families, and principles of responsible behavior in the family. Through support and consultation work to gradually improve knowledge, deep understanding, responsible behavior and culture is the key to ensuring the preservation of happy families, contributing to creating a friendly social environment without domestic violence.
Through the conference, the aim is to equip female union officials with necessary knowledge, understanding of their roles, responsibilities as well as skills to build an equal, progressive, and happy family, so that they have the health to work with peace of mind, produce, and complete assigned tasks well.
On this occasion, the City Women's Union and the City Labor Federation summarized and awarded prizes for the photo contest "Dignating Ao Dai for female union members and women's union members in Bac Giang City".
