The event is one of the activities to successfully celebrate the 2nd Company Trade Union Congress, term 2025-2030, towards celebrating the 1st Bac Ninh Provincial Trade Union Congress, term 2025-2030.
The program was organized by the Executive Board of the Trade Union of Luxshare-ICT Company Limited (Van Trung) in coordination with the Executive Board of the Trade Union of Luxshare-ICT Company Limited (Vietnam) and the Training Propaganda Department.
Attending the program were Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Ngoc - Vice President of the Bac Ninh Provincial Federation of Labor, Head of the Industrial Park Trade Union; Mr. Truong Tieu Kien - General Director of the Company, along with representatives of the Company's Board of Directors, leaders of the Industrial Park Trade Union and a large number of union members and workers.
In his opening speech, Mr. Truong Tieu Kien - General Director of the Company emphasized that the program is not only an artistic playground but also an opportunity for each employee to express their confidence and creativity.
He encourages everyone to maintain an enthusiastic spirit, confidently express themselves, spread positive values and jointly build a civilized, dynamic and happy working environment.
The program aims to express gratitude for the enthusiastic companionship and encouragement of the workers, each participant has the opportunity to receive a meaningful gift. This contributes to spreading the spirit of solidarity and the success of the program.
After the opening ceremony, 16 teams brought the talent festival an atmosphere filled with energy, creativity and joy. The teams brought outstanding performances, from vibrant modern dances in harmony with brilliant light, to graceful, soft dances and elaborately staged performances.
The program has truly created a space for connection, where emotions, creativity and team spirit shine. At the end of the Program, the Organizing Committee awarded 2 first prizes, 4 second prizes, 6 third prizes and 4 consolation prizes to the excellent teams.
The success of the "Lexshare-ICT Talent Search Contest for Bac Ninh Factory 2025" not only brings a healthy and meaningful art playground but also contributes to spreading the spirit of solidarity, encouraging officers and employees to maintain their enthusiasm, confidently express themselves and together build a civilized, dynamic and happy working environment, towards celebrating the 1st Bac Ninh Provincial Trade Union Congress, term 2025-2030.
