On the afternoon of July 24, the Executive Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation (LĐLĐ) held the 4th (extraordinary) Conference of the XVIII term, 2025 - 2030 to consolidate personnel work and elect the title of Chairman of the Provincial LĐLĐ.
Attending the conference were representatives of leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee, the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and members of the Provincial Labor Federation Executive Committee.
At the conference, delegates listened to a summary report on the resume and working process of Mr. Ha Ngoc Tu - the personnel introduced to be elected to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Chairman of the 18th Provincial Labor Federation, term 2025 - 2030.
Previously, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee announced decisions on personnel work.
Accordingly, Mr. Ha Ngoc Tu was transferred to work at the Office of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province; was introduced for consultation to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, and was also introduced to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation of the XVIII term, term 2025 - 2030.
With a spirit of democracy and responsibility, the Conference conducted a vote to elect members of the Executive Committee, members of the Standing Committee and the title of Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation of the XVIII term.
As a result, Mr. Ha Ngoc Tu was elected to hold the position of Chairman of the 18th Provincial Labor Federation, term 2025 - 2030 with a 100% confidence vote.
Immediately after announcing the results, representatives of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee, the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and the Provincial Labor Federation presented flowers to congratulate the new Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation.
Before coming to work at the Cao Bang Provincial Labor Federation, Mr. Ha Ngoc Tu used to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Nguyen Binh district (old) and then Deputy Director of the Department of Health.
In August 2023, he was transferred and appointed to the position of Director of the Department of Finance of Cao Bang province. Following that, he was transferred to the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of Ha Lang commune.
In November 2025, Mr. Ha Ngoc Tu was transferred and appointed as Chief Inspector of Cao Bang province. In July 2026, he was transferred to work at the Cao Bang Provincial Labor Federation.
