At the ceremony, the decision to establish the Grassroots Trade Union of Dong Dang - Tra Linh Expressway Joint Stock Company was announced and awarded, the provisional Executive Committee was appointed, and the decision to admit 26 union members was announced; Grassroots Union of Lottery Ticket Sales Agents has 12 union members and Grassroots Market Small Business Trade Union of Cao Bang city has 80 members.
