On December 11, the Dong Thap Provincial Education Trade Union held a training conference on financial work, inspection and emulation of grassroots trade unions in 2024.
At the conference, 145 delegates listened to the reporters deploy the content of inspection work, emulation and rewards, and financial work of the grassroots trade union; share experiences in emulation and rewards work; issues that need attention when proposing high commendation for the grassroots trade union as well as individual union members; build a scientific, strict, and regulated internal spending regulation of the grassroots trade union; ensure that the collection and expenditure of grassroots trade union finances are in accordance with the guidance documents of the superior trade union.
The conference aims to help union officials perform their functions and tasks well, contributing to building an increasingly strong union organization.
