On January 8, 2025, the Standing Committee of the Thap Muoi District Labor Federation held a Ceremony to Announce the Decision to admit 30 union members and establish the Trade Union of Ecodrone Company Limited.
Attending the event were Mr. Huynh Van Quan - Chairman of the District Labor Federation.
Ecodrone Company Limited was established in October 2024, specializing in trading aircraft serving the agricultural sector, located in My An town, with 30 workers.
During the announcement of the Decision, the Standing Committee of the District Labor Federation decided to appoint a provisional Executive Committee of 3 comrades and an Inspection Committee of 3 comrades. Comrade Huynh Phu Si holds the position of Chairman of the Trade Union of Ecodrone Company Limited.
Speaking at the announcement ceremony, Mr. Huynh Van Quan - Chairman of the District Labor Federation, congratulated the company on establishing a trade union organization, and the company's investment in the field of agricultural technology has followed the district's strengths.
Mr. Quan requested that in the coming time, the Executive Committee of the Trade Union should do a good job of propagating the Party's policies and the State's laws, and perform the function of caring for and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers.
The company also actively launched emulation movements, coordinated with employers to effectively implement grassroots democracy regulations, organized employee conferences, workplace dialogues, created harmonious relationships between employers and employees, and contributed to progress in the enterprise.
