On June 17, Mr. Tran To Nhan - Chairman of the Bao Lam District Labor Federation (Lam Dong province) said that the unit had just held an Executive Committee Conference to evaluate the results of implementing trade union activities from the beginning of 2025 to present.
According to Mr. Nhan, in recent times, trade unions at all levels in the district have promoted many activities towards the grassroots level, for the benefit of union members and workers.
Many practical and effective programs have been implemented, receiving consensus and high appreciation from both employees and employers.
Notably, the work of caring for and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers.
Trade unions at agencies, units and enterprises have actively participated in developing internal regulations and rules for implementing democracy at the grassroots level; at the same time, coordinated to organize conferences for cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers at 100% of units.
Thereby, democratic rights are promoted, regimes and policies are fully and promptly guaranteed.
In addition, trade unions at all levels have mobilized financial resources and mobilized socialization to care for union members' lives.
On the occasion of Lunar New Year, nearly 3,000 gifts with a total value of over 500 million VND were presented to workers. The union also supported bus tickets for 14 union members in difficult circumstances to return to their hometowns to celebrate Tet and return to work after the holidays.
All grassroots unions in the area also organize Tet gifts for union members, each worth VND300,000 or more.
During Workers' Month, many cultural and sports activities were organized, such as the 12th Traditional Volleyball Tournament, the 22nd Traditional Football Tournament and training and professional development classes for more than 200 grassroots union officials.
These activities are also to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day (April 30) and International Labor Day (May 1).
Up to now, Bao Lam District Labor Union has completed the targets and tasks set out in the first 6 months of 2025, and is ready to hand over grassroots unions that do not receive 100% of salaries from the state budget to the Provincial Labor Federation, Mr. Tran To Nhan emphasized.
At the conference, Bao Lam District Labor Federation presented the "For the cause of building Lam Dong province" Medal to a union official.

Awarded Certificates of Merit from Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation to 4 collectives and 6 individuals; awarded Certificates of Merit from the District Labor Federation to 25 collectives and 61 individuals.
