At exactly 7:30 this morning, January 2, more than 6,400 workers of Viet Power Company Limited (Hai Hau district, Nam Dinh province) started the first working day of the new year 2025.
Ms. Dinh Thi Dung Trang - Chairman of the Company's Trade Union - said: "On the first working day of the new year, the company's teams held meetings to deploy the work of the new year. At the same time, they noted the mistakes made to request corrections and improvements for a stable work in the new year. On the occasion of this year's New Year, the company's trade union gave each worker a Tet gift of 150,000 VND/person, this is a gift to encourage and motivate the working spirit of the workers".
Starting work after a day off for the 2025 New Year, Ms. Lam Thi Lan (a worker in the packaging department of Viet Power Company Limited) excitedly shared: "I have been with the company for many years, even though it is New Year, the company's union has given Tet gifts to our workers. On the first day of work after a day off for the New Year, I wish for a smooth year, good luck to do a good job, and bring a stable income to my family."
Also on the morning of January 2, many companies and businesses in Nam Dinh province started the first working day of the new year 2025.
