On December 6, the Trade Union of Accton Technology Vietnam Co., Ltd. held its 2nd Congress, term 2025-2030.
Ms. Bang Hai Ninh - Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Deputy Head of the Trade Union Committee of Phu Tho Industrial Park, in charge of Vinh Phuc area attended and directed the Congress.
Accton Technology Vietnam Co., Ltd. is a 100% enterprise with investment capital in Taiwan, the total number of employees as of November 2025 is 2,200; Union members are 2,200.
From the beginning of 2025 to now, the company has implemented the jobs and salaries of workers in accordance with regulations, with an average income of workers reaching 12 - 14 million VND/month.
During her term, the company has strictly implemented legal regulations; promptly and fully paid social insurance to employees; fully developed labor regulations and grassroots democracy regulations; regularly organized dialogues at the workplace to promptly grasp the aspirations of employees.
Activities to visit, encourage and support union members and workers were implemented promptly, practically and effectively; the Union Member Welfare Program was well organized. The employee's shift meal is 25,000 VND, with an additional special meal worth 40,000 VND/person per month.
The work of developing union members is regularly of interest to the company's trade union, associated with the annual worker recruitment plan. The company's trade union has organized classes to promote the development of union members for new employees when recruiting into the factory. 100% of workers when signing official contracts at enterprises voluntarily participate in trade unions.
In the coming time, the company will continue to expand production and develop and expect about 4,000 employees.
The Congress elected the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of Accton Technology Vietnam Co., Ltd. for the second term, 20252030 and elected a Delegate to attend the Phu Tho Provincial Trade Union Congress.
