Quang Binh - Nearly 100 teachers in especially difficult circumstances and two remote schools received gifts on Vietnamese Teachers' Day.

On the occasion of Vietnamese Teachers' Day, November 20, the Department of Education and Training of Quang Binh province, the Education Trade Union, and the Provincial Labor Federation visited and presented gifts to support teachers and staff in especially difficult circumstances in the province.

The program awarded nearly 100 gifts worth a total of 240 million VND (including 30 million VND from the Provincial Federation of Labor) to teachers and staff. These are cases of people working in the education and training sector, with especially difficult circumstances, many of whom have serious illnesses.

At the places visited, the delegation visited and shared the difficulties in the lives of teachers. At the same time, they hoped that the attention of all levels and sectors at this time would be a source of encouragement for teachers and staff to strive, overcome difficulties, and continue to contribute to the education sector.

Representatives of the Department of Education and Training also requested that the Departments of Education and Training and school principals pay attention and create favorable conditions for sick teachers and staff to be assured of treatment and soon stabilize their health.

In addition, understanding the situation and circumstances of teachers, schools and trade unions need to pay attention, support and flexibly arrange appropriate teaching schedules to help colleagues overcome difficulties in work and life.

On this occasion, the Department of Education and Training visited and presented gifts to Dan Hoa Primary and Secondary Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities (Minh Hoa) and Lam Hoa Primary and Secondary Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities (Tuyen Hoa), each school receiving 10 million VND. The Provincial Labor Federation presented 4 televisions and 1 set of computers to 5 schools in remote areas.
