The issuance of documents aims to equip union officials with unified and scientific documents, thereby contributing to improving the quality and effectiveness of political and ideological education among workers.
The document includes 4 contents: Marxism - Lenine, Ho Chi Minh's ideology is the foundation, the guideline for the actions of the Party and the revolution of Vietnam; The historical mission of the Vietnamese working class and building the Vietnamese working class to become a leading force in building our country to be more and more prosperous and happy; Some basic issues on current activities of the Vietnam Trade Union; practical contacts in Tra Vinh province; Promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style of the workers' force in Tra Vinh province in the new period.
At the workshop, delegates discussed the phrases, layout, content and implementation of the document. Many opinions say that the document needs to be concise, easy to understand, reflecting the practical life of workers, especially the rights, obligations and role of workers in social development.
Some delegates proposed adding content on the fight against false arguments and affirming the value of Marxism-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh Thought.
There are also opinions that the form of training needs to be lively, applying digital technology such as online learning or sharing on social networks to suit modern workers.
Concluding the workshop, Ms. Tran Thi Kim Chung - President of the Tra Vinh Provincial Federation of Labor - respectfully acknowledged the opinions, suggestions and proposals of the delegates. This is considered one of the channels to criticize and give advice to the Provincial Federation of Labor in receiving, directing, and improving the quality and effectiveness of political and ideological education for workers.
"The comments will be compiled, revised and submitted to the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee for appraisal, printing and issuance on the occasion of the launching ceremony of Workers' Month and Labor Safety and Hygiene Action Month in 2025", the Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Labor added.
