Attending were 346 delegates representing the intelligence of more than 5,000 party members in the Party Committee.

In the special session held on the morning of September 22, comrade Do Van Chien - Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Central organizations, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front chaired the election of the Presidium and the Secretariat. Accordingly, the Presidium of the Congress is composed of 14 comrades; the Secretariat consists of 3 comrades; elected the Delegation status Inspection Committee.

The Congress also approved the Program, Internal Regulations, and Working Regulations of the Congress; presented a Report summarizing comments on the draft Documents to be submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Party.







The Congress of the National Assembly Party Committee (NFF) and Central Associations for the 2025-2030 term is the first Congress according to the new organizational model.
The Congress takes place at a time when our army and people are determined to complete the socio-economic development goals for 2025 and strive to successfully implement the Resolution of the 13th National Congress of the Party, towards the 100th anniversary of the Party's founding and the 100th anniversary of the country's founding.
With the motto: "Solidarity - Democracy - Innovation - Creativity - Development", the Congress is tasked with evaluating the results of the work for the 2020 - 2025 term; proposing directions, goals, tasks, and solutions for the 2025 - 2030 term and discussing and contributing opinions to the draft documents of the 14th National Congress of the Party.
The Congress will divide into groups to discuss and contribute ideas to the Documents submitted to the 1st Congress of the Fatherland Front Party Committee and Central Organizations for the 2025-2030 term and draft Documents submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Party.
On the same afternoon (September 22), the Congress will conduct a group discussion.
