On the morning of October 27, the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front (FFF), Central organizations in coordination with the Central Inspection Committee organized the opening ceremony of an in-depth professional training course on inspection and supervision work in 2025.
In his opening speech, Comrade Tran Thang - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Inspection Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Party Committee and Central Trade Unions - emphasized that throughout the process of leading the revolution, our Party and President Ho Chi Minh especially valued the role of inspection and maintaining the Party's discipline. Inspection and supervision work is one of the leading functions of the Party, ensuring the goals, ideals, Political platform, and Party Charter are implemented seriously and effectively; improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party; strengthening the people's trust in the Party.
In the current situation, our Party has always identified inspection and supervision work as playing a very important role, in order to strengthen Party building and rectification, prevent and repel the degradation of political ideology, ethics, and lifestyle, and maintain the trust of cadres, party members and people in the Party, said Comrade Tran Thang.
According to comrade Tran Thang, from practice it can be seen that cadres are the decisive factor in the success or failure of the revolution, and cadre work is the "key" stage of Party building and the political system. Inspection is a stage in Party building work, playing an important role in improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party, strengthening solidarity and unity and implementing democracy in the Party. To carry out the task, it is necessary to build a team of cadres doing inspection and supervision work in the Party that must be both "red" and "specialized" to meet the requirements in the new revolutionary period: Synchronously restructuring the organization associated with innovation of methods of operation; restructuring the space for socio-economic development.
With such important significance, with the attention and direction of the Central Inspection Committee, the coordination of the National Assembly Party Committee Standing Committee, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Party Committee Standing Committee, and Central organizations organized an intensive training course on inspection, supervision and discipline of the Party. Through the content conveyed at the training course to create a strong change in the awareness and actions of Party committees and inspection committees at all levels in the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Central organizations in performing the task of inspection, supervision and discipline of the Party in the new term, contributing to building an increasingly clean and strong Party organization.
Speaking at the ceremony, Comrade Nguyen Manh Hung - Deputy Head of the Central Inspection Committee - said that in order to improve the capacity and fighting spirit of Party organizations and Party members, one of the top important solutions is to improve the quality, effectiveness and efficiency of inspection and supervision work. To achieve that requirement, we must attach importance to and regularly pay attention to training professional skills, improving qualifications and professional capacity for the team of cadres working in the inspection and supervision of the Party.
According to Comrade Nguyen Manh Hung, attending the in-depth professional training course were comrades working in the inspection sector at Party cells, Party committees and Agencies and units under the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Central organizations and the National Assembly Party Committee. The comrades will study 9 in-depth professional topics to improve their skills in performing tasks and improve the effectiveness of task performance at agencies and work units. The lecturers participating in conveying the topics of the class are members of the Central Inspection Committee, leaders at the department level of the Central Inspection Committee.
