Ca Mau guides the process of introducing candidates for National Assembly and People's Council

Ca Mau - The opinions of the delegates at the conference were guided and specifically answered by representatives of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ca Mau province.

On December 17, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ca Mau province coordinated with the Provincial Election Committee to organize a conference to guide the process and procedures for introducing candidates for the 16th National Assembly Delegates and delegates of the Provincial People's Council for the 2026-2031 term.

The conference announced the allocation of the number of candidates and instructed agencies, organizations and units to introduce candidates for the 16th National Assembly and Provincial People's Council for the 2026-2031 term.

At the conference, delegates were instructed on the structure, order, and procedures for organizing meetings of the leadership committees of agencies, organizations, and units to determine the prescribed candidates for the National Assembly, the Provincial People's Council; conference to collect voters' opinions at the workplace or workplace for the person proposed to be nominated; expanded leadership conference to discuss and introduce candidates for the National Assembly, the Provincial People's Council; documents and procedures for candidates; submitted of candidates for the National Assembly, the Provincial People's Council, and the minutes of the conference.

At the conference, delegates discussed and proposed more specific instructions on the participants in meetings and conferences at each agency, organization, and unit; instructions on handling cases where there are no eligible candidates according to regulations... The opinions of the delegates were all given by representatives of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ca Mau province, specifically answered, creating favorable conditions for agencies, organizations, and units to implement.

The introduction of candidates for National Assembly deputies and Provincial People's Council deputies of agencies, organizations and units will be conducted from December 17, 2025 to January 25, 2026.
