Vung Tau City Front levels mobilize more than 1.7 billion VND for the Fund for the Poor

    Ba Ria - Vung Tau - In the first 6 months of 2025, the Fund for the Poor at all levels in Vung Tau City has mobilized more than 1.7 billion VND to support those in difficult circumstances.

    On June 24, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee (VFF) of Vung Tau City held the 4th conference, term 2024-2029 (expanded), summarizing the front work in the first 6 months of 2025.

    As of May 31, about 1.7 billion VND has been mobilized for the "For the Poor" fund at all levels; mobilizing philanthropists and allocating the "For the Poor" fund at all levels to support the construction and repair of 19 solidarity houses, with a total value of 918 million VND...

    In addition, the Fatherland Front of Vung Tau City at all levels has built a total of 225 models to implement campaigns; implemented 192 environmental sanitation campaigns; launched the model "Green House - Environmental protection, spreading love"; presented 30 "Green Houses" to 30 residential areas in the city to collect and classify waste for recycling and sale to raise social security funds...
