The Congress was attended by 793 official delegates who are typical women, representing all classes of women, ethnic groups, religions, fields of work and social components throughout the country; along with 200 guest delegates.

Before the Congress takes place, organize a delegation to attend the Congress to visit Uncle Ho's mausoleum and lay flowers at the Monument to heroic martyrs.
The solemn session of the Congress will be held on the morning of June 18, 2026. The main content includes: Opening speech, Political report, screening of a documentary film, some presentations and directing speeches of Party and State leaders, launch of the 14th Central Executive Committee of the Vietnam Women's Union (term 2026-2031).
Other sessions of the Congress include: Presentations/discussions (at 4 centers and in the hall). Topics at 4 Centers: Continuing to innovate the content and methods of Association activities; actively participating in building a clean and strong Party and political system; Building Vietnamese Women in the new era, contributing to the development of Vietnamese culture and people; The role of women in economic development, contributing to the achievement of the country's rapid and sustainable growth goals; Cultivating the values of Vietnamese families "progressive, civilized, prosperous, and happy".
Within the framework of the Congress, delegates had the opportunity to visit the exhibition on the theme "Impressions and aspirations of the new era" and experience at exhibition spaces of units: Vietnam Women's Newspaper, Vietnam Women's Publishing House, Vietnam Women's Academy, Microfinance Organization of Love (TYM)...
One of the important contents of the Congress is the preparation of papers. According to the plan, 60 papers will be compiled into annals to serve the Congress and as documents for Association levels to study and apply in the process of implementing the Congress Resolution for the next term.
Propaganda work about the Congress was deployed early and received active coordination and support from propaganda agencies, press agencies, central and local newspapers with key propaganda activities before, during and after the Congress on mass media. Information about the Congress is also propagated on electronic boards on major streets of the Capital; hanging banners and slogans at the Congress venue, areas around the Congress venue and headquarters of specialized agencies of the Vietnam Women's Union at all levels.
In addition to direct propaganda activities, communication work on digital platforms and social networks is also being deployed synchronously. The Women's Union has posted the Logo and Propaganda Identity Set for the 14th National Women's Congress on the Union's media channels; and at the same time encouraged officials, members, women and people to change their avatar frames on social networks to spread the message towards the Congress.
Associations at all levels also strengthened propaganda on the results of the peak emulation period to celebrate the Congress, introduced outstanding achievements of the term, effective models, typical advanced examples and typical contributions of Associations at all levels. Thereby creating a vibrant emulation atmosphere among women, attracting the attention of officials, members, women and people nationwide, towards the 14th National Women's Congress.
With careful, methodical and responsible preparation from the Central Committee of the Vietnam Women's Union and Women's Unions at all levels across the country, the 14th National Congress of Women is expected to become an important milestone, opening a new stage of development for the women's movement and Women's Union organization. The Congress is not only an opportunity to review the outstanding achievements of the past term but also to affirm the determination of Vietnamese women in promoting good traditions, bravery, intelligence and aspirations to contribute, contributing with the entire Party and people to build a democratic, prosperous, civilized and happy country in the new era of development.
