According to the decision, the province will build 650 new houses for households whose houses are collapsed, collapsed, drifted or are severely damaged and cannot be repaired. The scope of implementation is spread to 40 communes and wards with the participation of many forces, including the Provincial Police, Project Management Boards and local authorities.
Of which, the Provincial Police are assigned to build 200 houses; Tuy An Construction Investment Project Management Board 110 houses; Tuy Hoa Construction Investment Project Management Board 150 houses and Eastern Construction Investment Project Management Board 190 houses.
The implementation period is from December 1, 2025 to January 31, 2026. Each house is expected to have a budget of 170 million VND, the total implementation cost is more than 110.5 billion VND. The funding source is mobilized from the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and organizations and individuals.
The Department of Construction is assigned to preside over monitoring the progress, issuing typical housing design models, and receiving and distributing construction materials. The Department of Finance coordinates to arrange and guide the use of support funds. The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development and the Department of Natural Resources and Environment guide the arrangement of resettlement land, use of materials on site and review areas at risk of landslides and flash floods.
The People's Committees of communes and wards are responsible for identifying the correct subjects, managing the status, mobilizing forces to support construction and monitoring the quality of the project. The Provincial Police and the Provincial Military Command coordinate to ensure progress, support materials and equipment and strictly handle acts of policy profiteering.
