With the motto: "Solidarity - Democracy - Innovation - Development", the 1st Ward Women's Congress, term 2025 - 2030, is tasked with evaluating the results of implementing the Resolution of the Women's Congress for the 2021-2026 term of the units before the merger; proposing directions and tasks of the women's movement and the program of activities for the 2025 - 2030 term to improve operational efficiency, care for the protection of legitimate rights and interests of members and women, creating a solid foundation for the next stage of development.
In recent times, the Hai Chau Ward Women's Union has promoted the tradition of solidarity, consensus, creativity, actively mobilizing all classes of women in the ward to promote their potential, internal strength, improve their qualifications and abilities, uphold the spirit of mastery, build a strong Association organization, affirm the position and development of women, successfully implement the goals and targets set by the congress resolution.

The Association currently has 174 branches with more than 24,600 members, the attraction rate of members is 63.1%. 10/10 targets of the Congress Resolution of the past term have been completed, notably the "5 no, 3 clean" movement with more than 95% of member households meeting the standards; the "Accompanying women in the border" program mobilized more than 500 million VND and 22 gift-giving visits worth over 2 billion VND; the "Sisters" program practically supported children in difficult circumstances.
The Association also focuses on supporting women in economic development, starting a business, accessing loans, and applying digital technology in production and business.
In the field of culture - society, women in the ward actively participate in cultural activities, physical education, family education, violence prevention, environmental protection. Social supervision and criticism, and participation in Party and government building have been promoted; many good models and creative approaches have been deployed and replicated.

This Congress has set out key directions and tasks for the 2025 - 2030 term, with the goal of building a strong Association organization, promoting digital transformation, enhancing economic empowerment for women, achieving gender equality, building a prosperous, progressive and happy family.
The Association sets a target of annually mobilizing over 90% of poor and near-poor women to receive support for economic development; 100% of orphans in the "Godsmother" program to receive support; by 2030, 100% of the Association's staff will be proficient in using management software, and members will have basic digital skills.
The Congress announced the decision to appoint the Executive Committee of the Women's Union of Hai Chau Ward for the 2025 - 2030 term, consisting of 39 members. Ms. Duong Ngoc Phuong holds the position of Chairman of the Women's Union of the ward.
