On February 9, at the Party Committee and People's Committee headquarters of Nguyen Binh commune, a Central working delegation led by Mr. Nguyen Huy Tien - Member of the Party Central Committee, Director of the Supreme People's Procuracy, visited, worked and presented Tet gifts to trade union members, workers, laborers, and households in difficult circumstances in Cao Bang province, on the occasion of the Binh Ngo Lunar New Year 2026.
Participating in the working delegation were Mr. Ho Duc Anh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy Director of the Supreme People's Procuracy; Mr. Thai Hoai Nam - Deputy Head of the Social Work Committee, Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front.
At the working session, the delegation listened to reports on the results of social security work, Tet care for subjects in Nguyen Binh, Minh Tam, Tam Kim, Tinh Tuc, Thanh Cong, Phan Thanh and Ca Thanh communes; and exchanged and grasped the living situation of people, trade union members and workers at the grassroots level.
Speaking at the program, Mr. Nguyen Huy Tien acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts of the Party Committee and local authorities in implementing social security policies and taking care of people's lives.
The comrade requested all levels and sectors to continue to pay more attention to the material and spiritual life of poor and near-poor households, trade union members, workers, and laborers in difficult circumstances, ensuring that everyone and every household can celebrate Tet happily and warmly.
On this occasion, the Central and Cao Bang Provincial Working Delegation presented 300 Tet gifts to poor and near-poor households, workers, and laborers in difficult circumstances in 7 communes.
In which, 100 gifts from the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; 100 gifts from Mr. Nguyen Huy Tien; 50 gifts from the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor for workers and laborers; 50 gifts from Mr. Vu Hong Quang - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Cao Bang province.
The activities of visiting, working and giving Tet gifts by the Central Working Delegation show the concern of the Party, State and central agencies for people in remote and difficult areas; thereby promptly encouraging union members, workers and people of Cao Bang province to celebrate the Binh Ngo Lunar New Year 2026 happily and fully.
