On September 30, the Dak Nong Transaction Office under the Lam Dong Province Social Policy Bank Branch coordinated with Nam Gia Nghia Ward, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Ward and socio-political organizations under the trust (Women's Union, Farmers' Association, Youth Union) to organize a professional training course in 2025.
This is a training course for cadres of socio-political organizations receiving entrustment, heads of residential groups, management boards of savings and loan groups, after the 2-level local government model is put into operation.
At the training course, students were introduced to the programs being implemented by Lam Dong Provincial Social Policy Bank; the method of lending entrustment through socio-political organizations; the functions and tasks of village heads in policy credit activities.
Trainees are also instructed on the process and methods of checking and supervising the entrusted activities; professional skills for the management board of the savings and loan groups; as well as professional skills in risk handling in the Social Policy Banking system.
The trainees exchanged, discussed, shared experiences, good practices and proposed practical solutions to overcome difficulties and obstacles in the process of implementing social credit policies.
Currently, total lending sales in 2025 in Nam Gia Nghia ward by August 31, 2025 reached more than 17 billion VND, with 238 customers receiving loans from the programs.
In 2025, policy credit capital has helped many households escape poverty sustainably, creating jobs for workers. Clean water and environmental sanitation works have been built, contributing to changing the face of new rural areas in the locality.
