This is a perennial land area managed by Mui Ne General Investment Joint Stock Company in Thien Trung quarter, Mui Ne ward.
However, Ms. Nguyen Thi Bay (born in 1954, residing in Mui Ne ward) illegally occupied it.
Previously, in December 2020, Ms. Bay was administratively sanctioned for illegally occupying the above land area. The locality has repeatedly inspected and persuaded Ms. Bay to comply with the penalty decision, but she did not pay the fine, did not restore the land to its original state and did not return the occupied area.
In June 2025, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Binh Thuan province (before the merger) issued a decision on enforcement. However, Mrs. Bay continued to not comply.
Up to now, the People's Committee of Mui Ne Ward has organized enforcement, restored the land to its original state before the violation and forced the return of the land according to regulations.
At the scene, the authorities and vehicles demolished temporary hut houses and fences. Workers pulled away and removed all the crops from the land. After completing the work, the entire land area was handed over to Mui Ne General Investment Joint Stock Company.
Recently, the People's Committee of Mui Ne Ward has continuously enforced, restored the original state and forced the return of illegally encroached land areas.
This is to restore discipline and order in land construction and use in the locality. This is a deterrent measure, ensuring planning management.
