On May 11, Ninh Binh Provincial Police said that Phu Van Ward Police had just promptly supported and helped a lost woman return to her family safely.
Previously, at about 5 pm on May 10, during patrols and inspections to ensure security and order on Ly Thai To street, Phu Van ward, Ninh Binh province, the Ward Police discovered a woman sitting on the roadside showing signs of fatigue, fear, and not remembering the way home.
Phu Van Ward Police quickly approached, inquired, encouraged, and took the woman to the headquarters for care, health recovery and support in searching for relatives. After a short time of searching and verifying, the Ward Police identified the woman as Duong Thi Hong T (born in 1986, residing in Phuc Tho commune, Hanoi City). The police agency contacted family members to pick up Ms. T.
At the police station, receiving her relatives back, Ms. Duong Thi B (born in 1959, residing in Phuc Tho commune, Hanoi City) emotionally sent deep thanks for the spirit of responsibility and dedication to serving the people of the Phu Van Ward Police force.
