A case considered quite rare when Mr. Junnie Reyesm, 64 years old, came to Vietnam from the Philippines to travel with his family. On the evening of January 2, Mr. Junnie Reyes went out for coffee, forgot to bring his phone, personal papers and did not remember the name of the hotel he was staying at.
He got lost and could not find his way back to the hotel. With less than 200,000 VND in cash in his pocket, he took a taxi and asked the driver to take him to the only location he still remembers as "Airport".
The male tourist was taken by taxi to Passenger Terminal T2 - Noi Bai International Airport. Here, Mr. Junnie Reyes encountered many difficulties when asking for help because he was not fluent in English.

On January 3rd, fortunately, Mr. Junnie Reyes met Ly Duc Minh, a student of the University of Foreign Languages - Vietnam National University, Hanoi (ULIS) who is doing an internship as a Customer Care Ambassador at Terminal T2.
With an intuitive feeling, Minh quickly recognized that the customer was having problems. He came to meet, tried to ask and reassure the male tourist and took him to the information counter area for timely support.
Ms. Hoang Thu Thuy - information counter staff at Noi Bai Airport Operations Center - shared with Lao Dong: "Mr. Minh led the customer out to ask for support, we tried to exchange information, but after only a short time, feeling that Mr. Junnie Reyes was getting more and more tired, we quickly arranged accommodation, provided food and drinks. At the same time, we contacted for urgent support from the exit police unit.

Immediately after exploiting and connecting information data from the Filipino tourist, Minh and Ms. Thuy and colleagues looked up entry data, identified the hotel where Mr. Junnie Reyes's family stayed and tried to contact and find relatives.
The situation happened on the weekend with many limitations in contacting support. However, I patiently accompanied, flexibly used communication tools and paid attention to the guest's health condition. Knowing that the guest had been safely reunited with his loved ones, I am really happy to have done something meaningful" - student Minh added.
Representatives of the male tourist's family also expressed their emotion at the enthusiastic support from Ms. Thuy, student Minh and airport staff, and functional forces: "Our family was very panicked, thank you for helping us have a safe trip and celebrating the 64th birthday of Mr. Junnie Reyes is truly memorable in Vietnam.
The story has attracted thousands of interactions on social networks. Many people left compliments and thanked the airport staff who quickly supported the Filipino male tourist to find his family.
Too wonderful! A beautiful image in the eyes of foreign tourists as well as Vietnamese people," reader Ngoc Nguyen commented.
Just doing such good deeds - Vietnam will be beautiful in the eyes of international friends and tourists," account Ho Hung expressed.
The actions of Minh and Thuy are extremely wonderful, surely tourists will always remember Vietnam with kind people," Xuan Hien's account wrote.
