At about 0:00 on the same day, fishing boat numbered BTh 97846TS docked at Phan Thiet fishing port in Phan Thiet ward, Lam Dong province to bring the victim's body ashore.
The victim was identified as Mr. N.M, residing in Phan Thiet ward.
According to initial information, during offshore seafood exploitation, Mr. M encountered an accident and died on a fishing boat.
After the incident occurred, the crew members brought the victim's body ashore to hand over to the family to take home for funeral arrangements.
