    This is a large-scale technical infrastructure project, the drainage and wastewater treatment project in the central area of Son La city (now To Hieu, Chieng Sinh, Chieng Coi, Chieng An wards) plays an important role in the green and sustainable urban development strategy of Son La province. The project will have its ribbon cut on August 19.
