According to the forecast of the Hue City Hydrometeorological Station, from now until October 29, there will be heavy to very heavy rain, with a total rainfall of 250 - 500 mm, some places over 700 mm.
Currently, the water level on the Huong and Bo rivers has exceeded alert level III; the O Lau, Truoi rivers, and Bu Lu rivers are at high levels, causing severe flooding in 32 communes/wards such as Phong Dinh, Phong Phu, Phong Thai, Dan Dien, Quang Dien, Hoa Chau, Duong No, Thuan An, Huong Tra, Kim Long, Loc An, Hung Loc... National Highway 1 through Phu Loc, Loc An, Hung Loc communes is deeply flooded, water from Bach Ma range overflows the road, urban areas and industrial parks are also affected.
