The Hanoi People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 2595/QD-UBND to adjust and supplement the 2025 land use plan of Long Bien district. Accordingly, 21 projects were added, with a total area of over 218 hectares.
Previously, Long Bien district had its land use plan approved at the beginning of the year in Decision No. 11/QD-UBND with 152 projects, with a total area of 651.03 hectares. After adjustment, the total number of projects in the district increased to 173 projects.
In this list, there are 53 projects related to investment in construction, expansion and renovation of traffic routes. These projects play an important role in completing the urban transport system, expanding the connection of residential areas and new urban areas, contributing to improving technical infrastructure and socio-economic development of the district.
According to the direction of the City People's Committee, Long Bien District needs to publicize the list of land use projects and urgently deploy land acquisition, compensation, and site clearance to ensure progress. The deadline for reporting the results of the plan implementation is before October 15, 2025.
