Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Lo Van Cuong has just signed a decision approving the investment project to build the project "Ban Phu Lake Resettlement Area, belonging to the Ban Phu - Nam La Lake Cluster project, Dien Bien province". The total construction investment is 28.5 billion VND, from the state budget managed by the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment.
Accordingly, the construction site is in Quai Cang commune, Tuan Giao district. The land use area is over 7 hectares, invested by the Management Board of Agricultural Works and Rural Development of Dien Bien province.
The scale of investment in construction includes: leveling the ground to stabilize residents for 82 households; roads; surface drainage; wastewater drainage; clean water supply; stilt house-style cultural houses; electricity supply.
This is a group C project; an agricultural and rural development project, level IV; the minimum life of the project is 25 years. Project implementation progress from 2025-2026. The Project Management Board of Agricultural Works and Rural Development of Dien Bien province directly manages the project.
The Ban Phu Resettlement Area construction project aims to arrange and house 82 households in the resettlement area on the left bank of Ban Phu Lake, gradually completing infrastructure, developing production, and improving people's lives. This is a work item of the investment project to build the Ban Phu - Nam La Lake Cluster, Dien Bien province.
