According to the planning, the area of industrial cluster CN2 is concentrated in Mai Dinh commune (Soc Son district). The Northwest borders provincial road 131; the Southwest, Southeast and Northeast borders the traffic route through Lac Nong, Ap Cut, Huong Dinh Dong and Huong Dinh Doai villages.
The project has a research area of 632,630m2, of which the land area for public works serving the current people is about 10,715m2, traffic land (including city and regional roads) is 115,965m2, and land for technical infrastructure construction projects for industrial clusters is about 505,905m2.
