And if we want everything to be "more prosperous", then we must consider knowledge, science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation as the key drivers of the new growth model; and at the same time strongly promote all social resources, in which the private economy is an important driving force.
This is also a consistent and consistent viewpoint in many Resolutions issued and especially documents of the 14th Party Congress.
The desire for "richness, prosperity, civilization, and happiness" set out by the General Secretary is not a vague goal, but very specific and close-knit requirements to people's lives. A prosperous society must be a place where each citizen can feel a clear improvement in daily life. From simple but essential things such as having stable jobs, sufficient income to live on, to basic needs such as housing, health care, and education for children.
When people have better living conditions, they will create the ability to contribute more to the development of society.
Knowledge, science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation are key drivers of the new growth model and will have to be factors that create fundamental changes, not only in economic development but also in improving people's lives.
Sustainability only really exists when it creates equity in development. Timely assistance activities for disadvantaged areas, policies to support vulnerable groups, and creating fair opportunities for everyone. Prosperity is not only concentrated in large cities but also in rural and mountainous areas, where there are still difficulties.
The upcoming 14th Congress is a particularly important political event, a historical milestone orienting a new stage of development, summarizing 40 years of renovation, and opening an era of development for Vietnam. This is also an event that people and millions of party members expect and believe in a "rich, prosperous, civilized, and happy" society with major policies expressed in practical changes in the lives of each citizen.
