The 10th session of the 15th National Assembly is considered a special session, demonstrated not only in the huge workload with shortened time but also in quality with the highlight being the removal of many institutional "bottlenecks" and placing people at the center of policy making.

Despite many challenges from international fluctuations and domestic natural disasters, the National Assembly still plays a leading role, promoting democracy and openness in the development of the country.

With 51 laws and 39 Resolutions passed, the session shows innovation in thinking but also provides breakthrough mechanisms, clearly reflecting the National Assembly's sensitivity and ability to respond quickly to the country's hot issues: From ensuring the 2025 economic development plan with a GDP target of over 8%, to handling the consequences of natural disasters and floods, this session witnessed a solid legal foundation, promising to be a lever for Vietnam's socio-economic development in the following years, laying the foundation for the 16th National Assembly.

In addition to macroeconomic issues, this session focuses on social security policies, with the clear goal of ensuring people's lives. The draft resolutions discussed and approved all aim to improve the quality of life of people and protect vulnerable groups in society. Programs such as new rural construction, multidimensional poverty reduction and health care for people have been given attention and given top priority.

The final session of the 15th National Assembly ended with courage, responsibility and creativity. Based on the success of the session and the entire term, it is necessary to immediately prepare for the tasks of the 16th National Assembly - which is considered very heavy.

Resolutions and specific mechanisms issued during the XV term that will take effect during the XVI term need to be assessed and legalized to create stability for the legal system in the following terms, while eliminating and limiting possible problems or overlaps.

With the achieved results, voters nationwide can completely expect the 16th National Assembly to continue to promote the achievements of the 15th National Assembly, contributing significantly to promoting the country's socio-economy in the first year of the term, and also the first year of implementing the Resolutions of the 14th National Party Congress, quickly realizing the country's aspirations in the future.
