Spinach salad topped with cheese
Ingredient:
- 3 strips of bacon , chopped
- 1/2 small onion, sliced
- 1/2 green apple, peeled, sliced
- 1/4 cup pecans
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1/2 tablespoon hazelnuts Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Wash, drain and remove spinach -
70 grams cup fresh goat cheese
How to do it:
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the bacon and cook for about 5 minutes, until the meat is brown and crispy. Remove to a plate lined with paper towels and set aside.
- Add onion to the pan and cook for 2 - 3 minutes, until onion is soft. Add apples and pecans to pan and continue stir-frying for 2 minutes, until pecans are slightly charred and apples are soft.
- Add vinegar, mustard, olive oil, along with a little salt and black pepper, stir well, pour into the pan and cook into a mixture to mix into the salad.
- Finally, put the spinach and goat cheese in a bowl, pour the warm sauce directly onto the greens. Garnish with reserved bacon and enjoy.
Fresh berry cheese
Ingredient:
- 2 cups no-salt added low-fat cottage cheese
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened maple syrup
- 2 cups fresh black raspberries
- 1/2 cup peeled, chopped unsalted pistachios
- Blender
How to do it:
- Put fresh cheese and sugar-free maple syrup into a blender. Blend until mixture is smooth.
- Pour into a bowl, add grated fresh cheese on top, add black raspberries and 2 chopped pistachios.
- Cover, put in the refrigerator, enjoy after 30 minutes, store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
Chia seed cream pudding
Ingredient:
- 625 ml skim milk
- 20 grams chia seeds
- 7ml honey
- 5ml vanilla
- Peel of 1 orange
- Juice of 2 oranges
- 5 250 ml glass jars with lids
How to do it:
- Pour skim milk into glass jars, each jar contains 125ml of milk.
- Divide honey, vanilla, and chia seeds evenly among 5 jars and stir well.
- Mix orange juice and orange peel in a bowl. Then divide the mixture evenly into five jars and stir well.
- Cover, put in the refrigerator, leave overnight and enjoy. Store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
