The other hormone is insulin, which is the deciding factor whether the body is accumulating fat or burning fat.
Dipika revealed her personal habits, she fasted intermittently in the morning and exercised on an empty stomach, helping her body continue to use fat as fuel.
When eating lunch, she prioritizes foods rich in fiber and protein, while maintaining a 4-6 hour gap between meals to lower insulin levels, creating conditions for the fat burning process to continue.
Just do this for 90 days, you will see belly fat dissolve, hormones stabilize and energy improve significantly, says Dipika.
