If you don’t know how to fast to lose weight quickly and stay healthy, don’t miss the 16/8 method. With this method, you can eat continuously for 8 hours and fast continuously for the remaining 16 hours of the day.

For example, you eat from 8am to 4pm, then you fast for 16 hours and repeat the process the next day.

When following the 16/8 method, you don't need to worry about what you eat or how much you eat, just pay attention to when you eat and fast. The advantage of this method is that you can flexibly adjust your schedule according to your endurance, circumstances, and work.

To make the 16/8 fasting method easier, start with a 12/12 time frame, which means fasting for 12 hours straight and eating for the next 12 hours.

Repeat this process for a month or until you get used to it, then move up to 16/8 (fast for 16 hours and eat for 8 hours). Once you get used to 16/8 and want to lose weight faster, move up to 20/4 (fast for 20 hours and eat for 4 hours).
