Previously, on August 26, the Department of Emergency and Anti-Poisoning - Ha Tinh General Hospital received patient T in a state of general purple, deep coma, respiratory arrest and cardiac arrest.
According to the patient's family, while playing sports, Mr. T suddenly fell down. Immediately afterwards, the sports player and the person underwent a cardiac arrest and called an ambulance.
On the way to the hospital, Mr. T continued to receive emergency care and had a continuous heart attack. After 25 minutes, the patient was taken to Ha Tinh General Hospital.
Here, doctors performed acute resuscitation such as cardiac compression, ballistics, endotracheal placement and continuous electrocution... After 15 minutes of intensive care, the patient's heart rate returned.
The patient was then resuscitated for emergency care and given a multidisciplinary consultation and diagnosed with myocardial infarction. Immediately, the patient was transferred to an intervention cardiovascular unit for a mach chupage and emergency coronary stent placement.
After that, the patient was transferred to the Intensive Care Unit for further treatment in a very severe shock condition, in a deep coma. Here, the patient was given continuous blood filtration, mechanical ventilation, and the use of vasopressors, cardiac assistants, etc.
The Intensive Care Unit has connected the Tele-ICU (online emergency care) consultation with the Emergency and Intensive Care Unit - Hanoi Medical University Hospital to optimize the treatment regimen. After 8 days of active treatment, the patient has fully recovered, is alert and will be discharged in the next few days.
