Attending were Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Duong Tat Thang - Head of the Provincial Voluntary Blood Donation Mobilization Steering Committee; leaders of departments, branches, unions and nearly 700 volunteers participating in blood donation.
At the "Thanh Sen Red Drops" voluntary blood donation festival, nearly 700 people volunteered to donate blood. The organizing committee collected more than 500 units of blood, promptly adding them to the reserve, serving the work of medical examination and treatment.
Also at the program, 4 collectives and 19 outstanding blood donors in the 2025 voluntary blood donation movement were awarded certificates of merit by the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Tinh province.
Within the framework of the program, delegates also came to present 20 gifts to patients in difficult circumstances at the Ha Tinh City Medical Center.
In 2024, Ha Tinh organized 38 blood donations and received 9,678 units of blood, reaching 107.5% of the plan. In the first 6 months of 2025, the whole province organized 16 blood donations and received 5,290 units of blood, reaching 55% of the set target.
