Egg mugwort should only be eaten 1-2 times a week, avoiding abuse because mugwort is warm in nature, using too much can cause heat in the body or affect the digestive system. For people with sensitive constitutions, pregnant women or people undergoing treatment, it is necessary to consult a doctor before using it regularly.

Adding egg mugwort to family meals is a simple, economical and effective method to help relax the mind and improve sleep quality.

However, to sleep well and deeply for a long time, it is still necessary to combine a reasonable diet, regular lifestyle and maintain a comfortable spirit.
