Beyond all technology, medical ethics is the foundational value

Speaking at the ceremony, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Huu Tu - Rector of Hanoi Medical University - affirmed: "Postgraduate studies are a continuous journey to affirm the bravery and mindset of a doctor in the face of the challenges of modern medicine.

Congratulating the new graduates who have completed the arduous training program, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Huu Tu emphasized that each degree awarded today is not only a recognition of academic capacity, but above all, it is the crystallization of sleepless nights, moments of brain strain in clinical practice and silent sacrifice - a noble commitment of responsibility to people's health.

He clearly stated that whether it is a PhD level - the pinnacle of research, or Specialist II - the pinnacle of practice, each achievement is traded for persistence and hard work on the pages of books along with harsh challenges at the hospital as well as in the laboratory.

In the strong transformation of world medicine with the support of digital technology and artificial intelligence, new doctors need to always maintain the spirit of self-study to become leaders in their specialties. However, beyond all technology, medical ethics is the foundational value. I hope you always keep a warm heart and compassion to empathize with the pain of patients, worthy of the 120-year tradition of Hanoi Medical School," Prof. Dr. Nguyen Huu Tu confided with enthusiasm.

Speaking on behalf of the new doctors at the ceremony, BS.CKII Mai Manh Tam (specializing in Internal Medicine - Respiratory Medicine) expressed his deep gratitude to the Board of Directors and the teaching staff - those who wholeheartedly guided and imparted knowledge and experience to generations of students.
